A. Dati forniti dall’utente. Dati di contatto e identificativi comunicati tramite il modulo di contatto, scrivendo a info@3vagency.com o tramite gli altri canali indicati sul sito (nome, cognome, e-mail, telefono, azienda, contenuto del messaggio), interessi e preferenze, dati condivisi tramite account social eventualmente collegati. Il conferimento dei dati necessari a un servizio è obbligatorio: il rifiuto può impedire al Titolare di fornirlo. Chi comunica dati di terzi ne è responsabile.
B. Dati raccolti automaticamente. Dati tecnici di navigazione quali indirizzo IP, nome a dominio, orario della richiesta, dimensione dei file, pagine visitate e funzionalità utilizzate; eventuali dati di localizzazione, precisi (GNSS/GPS) o approssimativi, se autorizzati dal dispositivo.
C. Cookie e tecnologie simili. Utilizzati per riconoscere l’utente, ricordare le preferenze e misurare l’uso del sito, anche all’interno di annunci ed e-mail. I dettagli sono nella Cookie Policy.

Il Titolare adotta misure tecniche e organizzative adeguate a proteggere i dati da accessi non autorizzati, perdita, distruzione o divulgazione.
I dati sono conservati per il tempo necessario alle finalità per cui sono stati raccolti e, di norma, fino a 10 anni dalla cessazione del rapporto o fino alla scadenza del termine di prescrizione applicabile. I dati trattati sulla base del consenso sono conservati fino alla revoca. Decorsi i termini, i dati vengono cancellati.
Il Titolare non effettua processi decisionali automatizzati, inclusa la profilazione, che producano effetti giuridici o che incidano in modo analogo significativamente sull’interessato.

(“3V Agency” or the “Controller”) processes the personal data of users of www.3vagency.com, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Decree 101/2018. The notice may be updated: changes take effect once published on this page. Users who do not agree with its terms are invited not to use the site and may request the deletion of their data at any time.
A. Data provided by the user. Contact and identification details sent to info@3vagency.com or through the channels listed on the site (name, surname, e-mail, phone, company, message content), interests and preferences, and data shared through any linked social accounts. Data needed to provide a service is mandatory: refusing it may prevent the Controller from providing that service. Users who share third parties’ data are responsible for it.
B. Automatically collected data. Technical browsing data such as IP address, domain name, request time, file size, pages visited and features used; location data, precise (GNSS/GPS) or approximate, where authorised on the device.
C. Cookies and similar technologies. Used to recognise the user, remember preferences and measure use of the site, including within ads and e-mails. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Data is processed to: reply to requests and manage contractual and pre-contractual relationships; comply with legal obligations; provide customer support; manage accounts and reserved areas; display content from external platforms; handle payments through third-party providers; optimise traffic and statistics; manage the user database; profiling; send e-mails and newsletters; marketing and remarketing campaigns; market research; affiliate programmes; hosting, infrastructure and technical monitoring. Some purposes involve sharing data with Google and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
Data is processed with electronic tools. It may be accessed by authorised internal staff, system administrators and external providers (IT companies, hosting providers, couriers), appointed as processors and bound by confidentiality. The data subject’s consent; performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures; compliance with legal obligations; performance of a task carried out in the public interest; the Controller’s legitimate interest.
Data is processed at the Controller’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. Any transfer outside the EU takes place in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR. For information: info@3vagency.com.
The Controller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure.
Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for and, as a rule, up to 10 years after the relationship ends or until the applicable limitation period expires. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn. Once these periods expire, data is deleted.
The Controller does not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects the data subject.
Users may at any time withdraw consent, object to processing, access their data, obtain its rectification, restriction, erasure or portability, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) or bring an action before the courts. Requests are free of charge, should be sent to info@3vagency.com and are answered within 30 days.
